Once the customers equipment has arrived at the shop the job will be added into our schedule at a next available timeframe. If the customers current equipment is inoperable the installation will be high priority and installed as soon as possible.
We will schedule our crews with the priority of keeping the project on schedule. We will not only stay in contact with you but also the project manager, and other trades as to keep the project on schedule with the utmost quality.
Each service call is scheduled depending on issue and level of importance. Our service scheduler will work with each customer to assure that each customer is taken care of at the best of our abilities.
